What we do
Ambition Institute designs and delivers professional development for educators at every stage – from new teachers through to CEOs leading multiple schools, and all the crucial teaching and leadership roles in between.
We also work with schools, school trusts and other groups of schools to support their long-term improvement.
We pride ourselves on the outstanding quality of our people and our programmes, all of which are informed by the latest research, our experience and the work of great teachers and school leaders.
Children from disadvantaged backgrounds don’t do as well at school and we’re working to change that. This means that we train educators in schools with a high proportion of children from low-income households and those that are in areas of England prioritised by the Department for Education.
