Ambition NPQ Alliance launches

Ambition School Leadership is pleased to announce that we are one of the organisations that has been awarded the Department for Education’s licence to deliver the National Professional Qualifications.
To ensure maximum impact, we have convened a national Alliance that brings together eight out of the ten largest MATs in the country with regional TSAs and teaching schools.
The Ambition NPQ Alliance will harness our experience of working with schools in challenging contexts to deliver leadership development that is tailored to school’s local needs. The licence allows us to deliver the NPQML, NPQSL, NPQH & NPQEL.
Ambition School Leadership CEO James Toop said: “The Ambition NPQ Alliance will give school leaders across the country the opportunity to access high-quality professional development, from middle to executive leadership.
“Ambition School Leadership wants to help create a self-sustaining system where schools are empowered to develop their leaders at all levels and improve outcomes for children, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
“I am really excited about the impact we will create through these partnerships and how we will be able to support even more schools in challenging contexts.”
Our Alliance partners will co-deliver the NPQs with Ambition’s experienced facilitators, tailoring programme content to meet local challenges and each leaders’ development needs.
